* Reserving item that are worth $25 and above requires a down payment of at least $13 (one item) refunding not allow if u MIA.

*items that are not collected after 3months, will be confiscated.

*MIA'ers will be blacklisted.

*scammers will be blacklisted, to an extent; reported to police.

*normal postage doesn't usually get lost, SO FAR NONE, i always write a return address, so it will come back to me if wrong, your responsibility to give me the correct address, i'll confirm your address; ALWAYS.

*Meet-up cash payments, or collection of items, pls DO NOT BE LATE, fine impose, 5mins race, per 5 mins is $3 fine.

*bank transfer to posb savings or go to the bank counter.

*concealed cash(at your own risk) i'm not held responsible for lost cash mails, but i can teach u how to hide them properly.

*Or alternative from concealed cash is to go queue up at the bank to deposit cash into my account.

~Bring exact amount of money during meet ups.

~Meet-up to seller's convenience, up to $6 charge to those who can't meet up at seller's convenience. (more info under contact us)

~(overseas) Please change your currency to Singapore's money before you sent the cash to me, use registered post as it is trackable.

~Strictly no dead buyers~ ***Do not MIA! (MIA'ers will be BLACKLISTED and sent to other well known seller's blogs)

~Do not cancel orders after I have send out confirmation emails. BLACKLISTED

~Do not change venue and timing, if have to, please inform within 48 hrs working days (more info under contact us)
